Cleaning medium mixed with oil is collected in u tube where oil (lighter liquid ) is separated out from cleaning medium ( heavier liquid) on following principles .
Liquid attains its own level.
Specific gravity difference.
Mixed liquid enters in column no 1 because of turbulence developed by free flowing liquid the displacement of mixed liquid occurs from column no 1 to column no 2. Since oil floats on water based solvent and there is no turbulence in column no 2. We can collect pure cleaning solvent and oil at two different levels with effective separation.

More effective oil separation than disc type oil skimmer( dtos ). Dtos gives us oil separation at fixed speed.
Liquid concentration remains the same.
No wear/tear for separation.
Can be fitted to all madhusha make models.
